Advertising rules

1. Affiliates should not use ChamSpy brand, ChamSpy brand-related keyword, ChamSpy exclusive product name, and other similar or misspelling words to ChamSpy in any form of advertising, especially in SEM (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc).

Below are included keywords of ChamSpy brand (but not limited to):

ChamSpy brand: ChamSpy; Chamspy; chamspy.com; ChamSpy.com; ChamSpy official.

ChamSpy brand-related keyword: ChamSpy software; ChamSpy coupon; ChamSpy license code;

ChamSpy download; ChamSpy discount; ChamSpy plus product name, etc.

Misspelling words of ChamSpy brand: cham spy; cham spy software; chamspy, etc.

2. Affiliates are not allowed to redistribute ChamSpy products in any way without written permission from ChamSpy.

3. Affiliates cannot submit ChamSpy products to other websites by changing the product name or even using the same product name of our products.

4. Affiliates are not allowed to sell any of ChamSpy products on online stores or sites related to auction, such as: eBay; Amazon; etc.

5. Affiliates are not allowed to exaggerate the functionalities of ChamSpy software either in affiliate promotion or on affiliates’ sites.

6. Affiliates should not use downloadable toolbars, adware, spyware, forced click (cookie stuffing) or any other malicious strategies to earn unfair commission payouts.

Domain name and site content rules

1. Affiliates are not allowed to use the following protected keywords as part of affiliates’ domain name, including but not limited to: ChamSpy; Chamspy; ChamSpy software; chamspy.com; etc.

2. Affiliates are not allowed to imitate the form and style of ChamSpy websites.

3. Affiliates should not use the same or almost similar content of ChamSpy websites.

Coupon rules

Affiliates are not allowed to offer additional coupons, bonuses or incentives to the customer. Any discount promotion of ChamSpy products by affiliates should be authorized by ChamSpy software. Commission for coupon sites is assessed on an individual basis. Please contact us if you have any discount promotion plan.

ChamSpy reserves the right to remove any affiliate and/or withhold commission payouts at their discretion based on affiliate behavior and compliance with our terms of service.
